ONE: DUE DILIGENCE

An in-depth feasibility assessment of the potential development with market, council and site reviews.

TWO: DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL

Development Approval includes liaising with the council and town planners to submit documentation and receive approval.

THREE: PROJECT MARKETING & PRE-SALES

Begin marketing the project to secure investment. Create the best materials and present to target markets.

FOUR: FUNDING ALLOCATED

Funding is allocated to the various sections of the projects based on a range of factors, chosen to provide best ROI.

FIVE: BUILDING APPROVALS

During this stage the plans for the building are reviewed and certified by architects and engineers.

SIX: BUILDER SELECTED

The project builder is selected through a process that could be tender, review or we can work with builders on a client's preference.

SEVEN: LAND SETTLEMENT

During this stage the land owner is paid and the titles are exchanged between parties.

EIGHT: OPERATIONAL WORKS

The utilities and services are connected to the site and the hydraulic and electrical engineers complete preparations.

NINE: BUILDING PROGRAM

Now is when the building program commences and we deliver an on-time, on-budget result for our clients.

TEN: ENJOY THE RESULTS

Now that all of the hard work is done and you've made an incredible result from the development, it's time to start the process all over again!
